These terms establish the legal framework and professional standards applied to every order at our production facility. Our goal is to provide technologically superior craftsmanship using premium materials — natural cotton canvas, eco-friendly pigment inks, and high-quality wooden stretcher bars.

ACCOUNT AND ORDER MANAGEMENT

Registration Security and Data Integrity.

By registering at ViarCanvas.com, you create a personal "Customer Gallery" account, which allows you to securely upload high-resolution images, manage your orders, and track the canvas production status in real-time. During registration, a valid email or phone number must be provided for secure communication with our studio designers.

The use of false data is strictly prohibited. Each user is responsible for the security of their profile and the integrity of the files submitted for printing. We guarantee the confidentiality of your uploaded materials and their protection on our secure servers.

Note: ViarCanvas.com reserves the right to restrict access or delete accounts that violate ethical standards or provide false information to maintain the overall security of our art studio.

All prices on ViarCanvas.com cover the full production cycle, including premium materials and professional craftsmanship. The photo on canvas price includes the following manufacturing stages:

Premium Canvas: 100% natural cotton canvas (340g/m²) providing superior texture and durability.
Pigment Printing: High-resolution printing using eco-friendly pigment inks with UV protection (color permanence guaranteed for up to 100 years).
Construction: Natural pine wood stretcher bars with a professional gallery wrap (the image continues around the edges of the frame).

Pricing for art services (caricatures, portraits) includes custom artwork by our artists and digital layout preparation. Note: Delivery costs are not included in the base price and are calculated based on the dimensions of the canvas and the destination.

ViarCanvas.com ensures a transparent process regarding copyright and digital file processing. By uploading photos for canvas printing, the customer confirms that they hold the legal rights to use these images for production purposes.

Customer Files: We guarantee that the photos you submit will not be used for third-party needs or advertising without prior consent.
Creation of Artwork: Portraits and caricatures created by our studio artists are intellectual property, the exclusive usage rights of which transfer to the customer upon full payment of the order.
Technical Oversight: ViarCanvas reserves the right to refuse printing if a file violates ethical standards or if its resolution (DPI) is insufficient for a premium quality result.

Note: The customer is entitled to receive the high-resolution digital layout for personal use or further reproduction, according to the selected service type.

What is included in the price of a portrait or caricature?

The price includes the artist’s work: creating sketches and refining details. If the artwork is made on canvas, stretching on a wooden frame and quality control are included. If it is made on paper, the frame is included in the price. Additional characters, a complex background, gift packaging, and delivery are calculated separately.

What does ViarCanvas guarantee?

ViarCanvas guarantees quality control, professional file preparation, the use of high-quality materials, and that the finished artwork matches the approved design. If the order is damaged during delivery, has a production defect, or does not match the approved version, we will remake the work for free or offer a refund according to the guarantee terms.

Which orders are not eligible for standard returns?

Personalized orders created from the client’s photo, individual design, or artistic brief are not eligible for standard return without a reason if they are made properly and match the approved design. If there is a production defect, delivery damage, or a mismatch with the approved design, we resolve the situation in the client’s favor.

How are canvas prints packaged?

Each canvas print is packed in protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. For large canvases and custom artworks, reinforced packaging is used to protect the surface, corners, wooden frame, and canvas tension.

Who is responsible for the copyright of uploaded photos?

The client confirms that they have the right to use the uploaded photos for printing or creating a custom artwork order. ViarCanvas does not use clients’ images in advertising, portfolio, or for third parties without the client’s separate consent.

How does ViarCanvas protect customers’ photos and personal data?

Photos and personal data are used only to process and fulfill the order. We do not share images with third parties and follow privacy and data protection principles. Files may be stored temporarily for production, repeat orders, or resolving quality-related questions.

What is the difference between a canvas print, a portrait, and a caricature?

A canvas print is your photo printed on canvas and stretched on a wooden frame. A portrait from a photo is an artistic artwork created based on your image. A caricature is a stylized illustration with individual character, often ordered as an original gift
